Download Phase 1 (Week 1-4) of our Hypertrophy Series.
This program requires you to train four days per week.
The week is broken up into the following days:
Day 1: Lower A
Day 2: Upper A
Day 3: Lower B
Day 4: Upper A
The A series lifts over the block are:
Clean Grip Deadlift
Heels Elevated Back Squat
Notes: This program requires you to have access to a barbell, dumbells, chin up bar, swiss ball and bands.
