Of course! Personal training is actually the perfect way to start. We recommend all our clients start with personal training to learn correct technique.

How many times per week do I need to train?

We recommend a minimum of once per week but this depends on your training goals.

What does a personal training session entail?

All personal training sessions are different because they are tailored to individuals goals, level of fitness and personal needs.

Will I have the same trainer every time?

Yes, you are assigned the most suitable trainer for your goals and they will become your coach.
