To request a membership hold, simply fill out the online form below. Please note the following:
- Hold request forms must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the commencement date.
- Holds can only be done in week blocks. Select the Monday of the week you will be away.
- Upon expiration of the hold period, your account will automatically become active and payments shall resume.
- Please note membership cancellations must be completed via the Membership Cancellation Form
