Here's a list of frequently asked questions about training at Movement Enhanced.

When are the off-peak training times?

Our off-peak training times are 9:30 am, 12:00 pm, 4 pm plus any classes we run on Saturdays.

Are there any transaction fees?

We do not charge transaction fees when deducting your membership payments.

What’s the process if I need to cancel?

To cancel your membership, simply complete the membership cancellation form via the Account Management section of the website. Please note, we required at least 7 days notice before you plan to stop coming to our gym. Any canceled members will be charged at current membership rates if they decide to rejoin.

Can I come in to try a class?

Yes, our drop-in classes are $25 / class or you can purchase our intro offer which includes 21 days of unlimited group training. 

Do I have to sign a contract?

Unlike many fitness facility, we DO NOT lock you into a contract. Our vision is to build a community of like minded people so it doesn’t make sense to us to lock you in if you don’t want to be there. We are open with our vision and if for some reason we are not a good fit, no hard feelings.

The programs are highly sophisticated, but our philosophy is simple: to live long and well you must train smart, eat well, prioritise recovery and surround yourself with like minded people.
