The Behind The Neck Press is a vertical pushing pattern designed to build strength in the upper body.

To begin the movement, unrack the barbell by placing it on your traps and walking back from the rack.

Squeeze the quads, glutes and abs to create a stable base before pressing the barbell overhead to the lockout position.

In the lockout position, ensure your elbows are locked out and your shoulders are down.

Lower the barbell with control while keeping your eyes up on the horizon.
