1. What made you contact Movement Enhanced?

I'd had a recent shoulder injury (dislocation) and my trainer recommended checking out Movement Enhanced to get back in peak performance and condition.

2. What was your training like before you started training with Movement Enhanced? 

I'd be training at a 24/7 gym with a trainer but not seeing the results I wanted. My training was quite varied and at times inconsistent.

3. What have you achieved since training with Movement Enhanced?

I've overcome my shoulder injury. I'm alot stronger and can lift more weight than ever before. Most of all I've gained a lot more confidence with weights and training.

4. What do you like most about the training we do?

The personalised programming is excellent and achievable. The ability to work with a trainer to set realistic goals and track them. I really like that the environment is very fun and inviting, not what I expected from a professional gym.
 

5. What would you tell others about your experience at Movement Enhanced?

I've felt supported and coached throughout my time at ME by Ben and the team. I've also made some great friends. If you want to see results, feel stronger and develop confidence then this is the gym for you.
