1. What made you contact Movement Enhanced?

Movement Enhanced was recommended to me by my trainer when I expressed an interest in powerlifting. The other reason was to help fix some longstanding sports injuries.

2. What was your training like before you started training with Movement Enhanced? 

I was training at a large fitness chain where I spent more time doing exercises wrong.

3. What have you achieved since training with Movement Enhanced?

I'm achieving my goals, feeling stronger than ever and, although secondary, improving my body composition. Without exaggeration, I can say I look forward to each training session.

4. What do you like most about the training we do?

The environment is very welcoming and relaxed and I have found it easy to get to know the people who train at the same time. Apart from the comradeship, the customised training program that has been developed for me is another thing I like about Movement Enhanced. The program has helped me increase my range of movement, improve my technique, and strength levels. I am particularly happy with the progress that I have made with deadlifts and squats.

5. What would you tell others about your experience at Movement Enhanced?

I am a big advocate of Movement Enhanced and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to achieve their goals, in a friendly and supportive environment, where everyone looks forward to their next training session.
