1. What made you contact Movement Enhanced?
A friend and I (Sergiy) were following a strength training program and hit a bit of a plateau. I also had some issues with technique and mobility. He saw posts on facebook and we followed up from there.
2. What was your training like before you started training with Movement Enhanced?
Training was good before I started. However it was very simple and lacked variation or goal setting which has been one of the biggest contributors to increasing performance.
3. What have you achieved since training with Movement Enhanced?
Since starting training, technique has increased significantly, mobility is much better and I am more stable, particularly with overhead movments. I have hit PBs on all lifts by at least 20kg across the board.
4. What do you like most about the training we do?
The training is specific to the individual and is based solely on personal goals and ambitions. There is constant support and contact from the staff and they are flexible in making time for appointments. The programming is easy to follow and shows the whole 12 week progression which assists in maintaining focus on the goals for the end of each phase.
5. What would you tell others about your experience with Movement Enhanced?
I do, and will continue to recommend Movement Enhanced to anyone. I believe the training is adaptable to any goals people are trying to achieve, whether it be general fitness, strength or rehabilitation. The team dynamic created by the staff makes for an inclusive and motivating training environment. The coach is always contactable, regularly checks up on progress and keeps us up to date with new drills and training tips. The new facility is also excellent!
