1. What made you contact Movement Enhanced?

I was referred to Ben at Movement Enhanced after seeing posts of my friend who trained with him.
 

2. What was your training like before you started training with Movement Enhanced?

I had been weight training for many years with a view of competing in the figure division. I took a break from training for 12 months and took up cycling and triathlon and was plagued by injury after injury. Eventually I missed the weights!
 

3. What have you achieved since training with Movement Enhanced?

I’ve been with ME for 2 years now and since training with Ben and Blayze, I have really developed my squat, deadlift and bench techniques, erasing what feels like a lifetime of bad habits.
 

4. What do you like most about the training we do?

What I like most about training at Movement Enhanced is the strong, supportive culture of the gym with members who are like a second family.  I trully know I'm benefitting greatly from being coached by knowledgeable, supportive and understanding industry experts like Ben and Blayze.
 

5. What would you tell others about your experience at Movement Enhanced?

I would encourage anyone thinking of training with Movement Enhanced to try it now! The great thing about ME is that there’s people of all strengths and abilities, everyone is catered to and made to feel welcome and accepted by all.
