Despite having been weights training consistently for at least 2 years, I had felt that my current training was starting to plateau and I needed to set some new training goals. Learning how to correctly perform Olympic lifts was a goal that I had always had not only as a training progression but for my own professional development and I felt that Ben's coaching would allow me to achieve this goal.
Before I started training at Movement Enhanced I generally felt unmotivated to train on most days and would rush through my sessions to get them out of the way. I also felt that I didn't have any specific training goals that I was working towards and seemed to be just going through the motions.
My overall strength levels have substantially increased since I began my training with Movement Enhanced. Through fine tuning my technique with all of my major lifts I have started lifting numbers that I never would have imagined I could have achieved! I have also progressed into learning olympic lifts and am in the process of building on my strength in this area.
Movement Enhanced is a lifting temple . I enjoy being able to train somewhere that is a good balance between being serious and getting shit done whilst also being able to have a joke with mates. The way the programs and sessions are structured keep you accountable to your training and ensure you are getting the most out of your sessions. I have found that now training is part of my day that I can look forward to and I love the continuously encouraging training vibes.
It is a great training facility with professional and knowledgeable coaches who are devoted to you receiving training of a premium standard. Everyone involved creates a great atmosphere to train in and it a gym suited to anyone from novice to advanced lifters.
