Our semi- private personal training sessions allow clients to train with like-minded individuals. These sessions are capped at six people, ensuring each client receives supervision and quality coaching with one of our coaches. This type of training is suitable for those who like to receive high quality coaching whilst being more affordable and social than one-on-one personal training.
Our programs are designed around mastering the basics. Sessions start with an “A series” lift like the squat, deadlift, bench or overhead press before moving onto the “B series” and “C Series” which are designed around individual training goals like fat loss, strength or hypertrophy.
In every session you will be shown how to perform each exercise correctly to ensure optimal results and to minimise incorrect technique and or injury. Our programs run in 12 week blocks, with new programs each month.
Our semi-private personal training membership includes unlimited access to all our semi private personal training sessions plus access to all our group classes.

At Movement Enhanced you are not locked into a contract and you do not pay a joining or suspension fee if you wish to put your membership on hold.

We know joining a gym can be intimidating. At Movement Enhanced you will train in an ego free environment where the coaches and members know you by name. Meet, train and become friends with other like minded individuals that will keep you accountable to your goals. After 14 days you can decide if you want to join our community.
