These sessions allow you to receive extra focus and attention to help you reach your goals faster.
Our personal training memberships allows you to access all our group classes each week plus your personal training sessions.
At Movement Enhanced you are not locked into a contract and you do not pay a joining or suspension fee if you wish to put your membership on hold.
