Our classes cater for all fitness levels and our members are always guided and supervised by university qualified trainers. Classes are capped to ensure you always receive expert coaching and guidance while you train. Classes are for both male and females and perfect for those looking to drop body fat and improve fitness.
The format for classes is as follows:
1. Metabolic Conditioning
Burn fat and maintain lean muscle in our metabolic conditioning workouts. These workouts are high intensity intervals that are designed to ramp up your heart rate. Expect to use equipment like the battle ropes, rowers, ski ergs and prowlers. All fitness levels are welcome as the majority of our sessions are time based so you can work at your own level.
2. Modified Strongman
Modified strongman training takes traditional strongman equipment like sleds, tyres, logs and farmers carries and combines them with traditional lifts like squats, deadlift and bench to make one brutal workout. The workouts are designed in a circuit format with high volume work and minimal rest periods. These workouts are a great way to increase both strength and conditioning in one workout.

At Movement Enhanced you are not locked into a contract and you do not pay a joining or suspension fee if you wish to put your membership on hold.
