GROUP CLASSES

Our classes cater for all fitness levels and our members are always guided and supervised by university qualified trainers. Classes are capped to ensure you always receive expert coaching and guidance while you train. Classes are for both male and females and perfect for those looking to drop body fat and improve fitness.
 

SEMI-PRivate PERSONAL TRAINING

Our semi private personal training allows to train with other like-minded individuals. These sessions are with up to six people with one of our coaches. This ensures each client receives high quality coaching whilst being much more affordable than a one-on-one personal training session.

 

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our one-on-one personal training sessions are 100% personalised to meet your individual goals and needs. All our training programs are designed individually and based around your specific needs, recovery and nutritional status. Our coaches can help you with specific goals like fat loss, hypertrophy, olympic lifting, athletic performance and injury rehabilitation. These sessions allow you to receive extra focus and attention to help you reach your goals faster.
